The V.I.E. program is a unique French initiative that allows European citizens to take on professional missions abroad with leading companies.

Joining a V.I.E. with the CMA CGM Group offers a hands-on international experience where you contribute to real business challenges while discovering new cultures and ways of working.

Over 12 to 24 months, you will grow in a global, fast-moving environment and gain a deeper understanding of the Group’s activities worldwide.

Accelerate your path.

FORWARD is our 14-month Group Graduate Program designed for high-potential graduates ready to take on responsibility and grow quickly.

You will start with 8 months in France, before continuing with 6 months abroad, gaining exposure to different markets and ways of working.

This journey will allow you to explore diverse environments, develop a strong understanding of the business, and build the foundations for future leadership roles.
